Goshen County Fair The 2009 Goshen County Wyoming fair is July 27-Aug. 2 at the Goshen County Fairgrounds, Highway 26 west of Torrington. The theme is Flower Power. View the complete fair schedule. The free community Ag Appreciation Breakfast sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Chamber member businesses is Thursday, July 30 in the Rendezvous Center from 7-9 a.m. The Fair Parade will be Thursday, July 30 at 10 a.m. on Main Street in Torrington Wyo.
