A Chamber of Commerce is a voluntary organization of the business community. It unites business and professional individuals and firms, creating a central agency that lends itself to community enhancement services. The Chamber of Commerce organizes and directs the energies of those who believe that a community worth living in is a community worth improving.
Board Meetings
The Goshen County Chamber of Commerce meets the second Wednesday of every month at the chamber office from 12 pm to 1 pm.
Chamber seeks board of director candidates for terms starting 2012
The Goshen County Chamber Board of Directors is seeking candidates to fill several board seats that expire Dec. 31, 2011.
Those interested in serving on the chamber board may contact the nominating committee chair: Isabel Hoy (Goshen County Library).
Board meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month at 12 p.m. at the chamber office, Torrington, Wyo. Chamber members are welcome to attend board meetings to learn what takes place. You may direct questions about board of directors responsibilities to President Martin Gubbles, 532-2114.
Newly elected board members will begin a three-year term Jan. 1, 2012.
