Goshen County Wyomig Campgrounds Whether you are a tourist visiting from another state or country or staying in Goshen County overnight for a special event, there are several campsites in the Torrington area to meet your needs. Public camping spots are available at Hawk Springs Wyoming State Park, the Goshen County Fairgrounds and municipal parks in Torrington and Fort Laramie. Privately run local campgrounds are listed below. TORRINGTONGOSHEN COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS 7078 Fairgrounds Road, Highway 26 West Open daily 24 hours year round. PIONEER MUNICIPAL PARK West 15th Avenue & West E Street Thirty sites for RVs, 8 oil pads, dump station, drinking water, large grass and tree area, restrooms, picnic tables. CITY SLICKERS RV PARK 1234 South Main Street Twenty-seven sites open year round. Full hookups, dump station, concrete pad. Picnic tables, showers. Auto credit card pay.
